We would like to introduce you to the newest member of our leadership team Debra Charalambidis. Debra joins us as Head of Change Management at Conexxia. We have been looking forward to having change management as part of our offering at Conexxia. We thought we would take this opportunity to ask Debra some questions around change management and how this will form part of our offering at Conexxia.
Q. You have been working in change management for a while now. What is it that keeps you involved in change management?
A. Having worked in a variety of industries and organisations no two days are the same. The constant need to evolve and adapt to support your clients with their unique challenges is what energises me.
Q. What has been one of your best change management assignments?
A. They are all different. From working with the business to address the impacts of the change to coaching leaders through change so they are able to lead the change to ensure ongoing sustainability in their organisation.
Q. What will it mean to have change management as part of our offering at Conexxia?
A. I see this as a great opportunity for us all at Conexxia. We already offer project management, business analysis and testing services, change management completes the service offering enabling Conexxia to provide the end to end project lifecycle.
Q. What do you do in your downtime?
A. It’s important for me to spend time with my family. I have a ‘happy place’ which is down the south coast. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and I find myself at times being the one of only a handful of people on the beach.
